Terms and Conditions for TR Tax Solutions LLC

  1. Accuracy of Information
    By engaging with TR Tax Solutions LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees that all information provided to us, whether verbally or in writing, must be accurate, truthful, and complete to the best of their knowledge. The client is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all data, documents, and statements provided to TR Tax Solutions LLC. This includes, but is not limited to, income statements, deductions, credits, personal identification details, business-related documents, and any other information relevant to the tax services requested.

  2. Client Responsibility for Falsified Information
    In the event that the client provides falsified, misleading, or incomplete information, whether intentionally or unintentionally, TR Tax Solutions LLC disclaims any responsibility for the consequences of such inaccuracies. This includes, but is not limited to, any legal penalties, tax liabilities, or fees that may result from erroneous filings, audits, or discrepancies with tax authorities. The client agrees that any such misrepresentation or omission is solely their responsibility, and TR Tax Solutions LLC will not be held accountable for any resulting damages or adverse outcomes.

  3. No Liability for Inaccurate Filings Due to Client’s Misrepresentation
    TR Tax Solutions LLC will not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in tax filings, returns, or submissions made on behalf of the client when such errors arise from falsified, inaccurate, or incomplete information provided by the client. The client acknowledges that providing false or misleading information may result in criminal or civil penalties, fines, or other legal actions by tax authorities or other government agencies. Furthermore, the client acknowledges that they are solely responsible for any additional tax payments, penalties, interest, or other financial consequences resulting from such inaccurate or fraudulent information.

  4. Right to Refuse or Terminate Services
    If TR Tax Solutions LLC identifies any suspicious, false, or misleading information provided by the client, we reserve the right to immediately suspend, refuse, or terminate our services without prior notice. We also retain the right to cease working on the client’s behalf and to terminate any engagement immediately if we determine that the information provided is in violation of tax laws or if we suspect any fraudulent activity. In such cases, the client will remain responsible for any fees or charges for services rendered up to the point of termination, even if services are discontinued due to falsification or misrepresentation.

  5. Client Indemnification
    The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold TR Tax Solutions LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with the provision of inaccurate, incomplete, or falsified information. This includes, but is not limited to, any penalties, fines, or legal actions imposed by tax authorities or any other government or regulatory agencies due to the client’s failure to provide accurate information. The client acknowledges that they are fully responsible for any and all consequences of misrepresentation.

  6. Compliance with Legal and Ethical Standards
    TR Tax Solutions LLC is committed to conducting all services in full compliance with applicable tax laws, regulations, and ethical standards. However, the client acknowledges that their cooperation and provision of accurate information are critical for ensuring compliance. TR Tax Solutions LLC will not knowingly participate in any activities that involve fraudulent or unlawful tax practices. If any such activities are suspected, we reserve the right to report the matter to the appropriate authorities.

  7. Limitation of Liability
    TR Tax Solutions LLC’s liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific tax services in question. Under no circumstances will TR Tax Solutions LLC be liable for any consequential, incidental, punitive, or indirect damages, including but not limited to lost profits, reputation damage, or any legal or financial consequences resulting from falsified information or client misrepresentation.

  8. Audit Assistance
    While TR Tax Solutions LLC may provide audit assistance as part of our services, the client understands that we cannot and do not guarantee the outcome of any audit conducted by tax authorities. If the client’s tax filings are subject to audit, the client agrees to fully cooperate with tax authorities and will be responsible for any additional costs, penalties, or legal fees resulting from the audit. TR Tax Solutions LLC is not responsible for the result of any audits arising from false or incomplete information provided by the client.

  9. Continuous Obligation to Update Information
    The client is responsible for promptly informing TR Tax Solutions LLC of any changes or updates to the information previously provided. Should any material change occur that affects the accuracy of the provided information (such as changes in income, deductions, filing status, or other relevant details), the client agrees to notify TR Tax Solutions LLC immediately. Failure to do so may result in inaccurate filings, and the client will bear full responsibility for any related issues.

  10. Acknowledgment of Understanding
    By engaging the services of TR Tax Solutions LLC, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. The client affirms that they are solely responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the information they provide, and they agree to hold TR Tax Solutions LLC harmless for any negative outcomes resulting from any inaccuracies, misrepresentations, or omissions in the information provided.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated or modified at any time, and the client will be notified of any material changes. Feb. 2024
